John Speaks Out About Narconon Arrowhead Rehab

Before Rehab at Narconon Arrowhead
John came to Narconon Arrowhead to overcome his addiction, and change his life for the better.
His life was not great before he got there, he says. He was very depressed. He drank all the time. He says he was a very unhappy person.
Although his family tried for a long time to help him out, he says he just wasn’t willing. In the 6 months before arriving to Narconon Arrowhead, he had no communication whatsoever with his family.
John Speaks on Narconon Arrowhead Drug-Free Withdrawal
The first step of the Narconon Arrowhead is Drug-Free Withdrawal. This step of the program assists the person through the difficult period immediately after ceasing to take drugs. Upon physician approval, the person is assisted through withdrawal without the use of drugs.
The two key elements of vitamin and mineral supplements, and techniques that ease physical and mental discomfort accompanying drug withdrawal, are the tools utilized to ease the person through this initial phase.
In speaking about his experience with drug-free withdrawal, John says when first got into “Withdraw”, everybody was really accepting–and it was excellent.
“I was very scared, but they made it a very enjoyable experience”. Once done with the withdrawal phase, he says he was eager to get on with the rest of the program.
John Speaks on the Narconon New-Life Detoxification Program
The Narconon New-Life Detoxification is frequently referred to by those at Narconon Arrowhead as the Narconon Sauna, or simply, Sauna.
The Narconon Sauna is an exclusive from of detoxification used in the Narconon drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs worldwide. It utilizes healthy means, including nutrition, vitamin and mineral supplements, exercise, and time spent sweating in a low-heat sauna. It is a carefully supervised regimen that helps the body eliminate drug residues associated with cravings.
John says he’d have to say his favorite part of the program was Sauna. Once completing that, he felt alive again. “I felt young.”
He adds that after the Narconon Sauna, he really felt ready to start dealing with his issues from that point on.
He reiterates that this was his most favorite part of the program—the Sauna.
John Speaks on Completing Narconon Arrowhead Rehab
Before John completed, he fully completed all 8 component parts of the Narconon program, each of which provides the person with tools and benefits which help them achieve and maintain sobriety, and enable them to go on to live a drug-free and productive life.
The Narconon Life Skills components focus on bettering communication skills; raising perception of self, others and the environment; increasing the ability to study and learn; learning about the ups and downs in life; restoring personal values and integrity; changing and improving conditions in life; and a guide to living a happy life based on The Way to Happiness.
John successfully completed all 8 component parts of the program at the Narconon Arrowhead rehab, and says the following:
“Since I’ve completed the program, life is wonderful. I love waking-up every morning.
“My relationship with my family is excellent. I have a lot of friends.”
“I’ve got to say this was the greatest choice I’ve ever made.”
