Working at Narconon—One of the Best Job Experiences of My Working Life

Narconon Staff

Working at Narconon has been an amazing opportunity to help people from all walks of life. People’s lives are changed daily and every day brings something different whether that might be a challenge or watching as someone has a small victory over a certain part of their life. Working with people overcoming addictions has shown me that any victory is a major victory. I was speaking with a fellow staff member and she had a few words to share. She said,

“Working at Narconon has been one of the best job experiences of my working life. It is not unusual to have someone come into the center bruised from head to toe due to needle usage, to see them emaciated from choosing drugs over eating properly, to see them physically and emotionally battered. The transformation over the time they are in the program is awe inspiring to say the least. It is not always an easy transformation to achieve. Narconon staff put their hearts and souls into helping the students through to the end of the program. They are a wonderful, dedicated group of people to work with each day. Students get through the program in 2-3 months and most never return to drugs, which is an amazing testimony to the workability of the Narconon program.”
