I Learned How to Focus,
Maintain and Concentrate
My Mind

Smiling young woman

Becoming stable in present time is a very important factor in drug rehabilitation. A person’s attention can be stuck in literally thousands of different past moments. His behavior and attitudes are influenced by such past experiences. With so much attention on his past, he has little or no attention left for the here and now. This is what Patricia had to say while doing the Objectives course.

At the beginning of the Objectives course I was angry and confused with little and no patience! But as I progressed thru the first few I was beginning to feel relief from a lot of mental instability I was harboring. When I got to the exercises named Objective 11 through 15 I became more aware of present time and the issues and negativity that were surrounding me. And I let go of all of it! I learned how to focus, maintain and concentrate my mind became more relaxed! I am glad I persevered thru it and finished!
Thank you, Narconon!
