Dan Kane, MA, Ed.S, LPC

A 1988 graduate of Rutgers University, Daniel (Dan) Kane moved to Tampa, where he has earned a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and an Education Specialist Degree with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of South Florida. He has been licensed as a mental health counselor since 1994. In addition to maintaining a private practice for over two decades he has served as a program administrator and chief executive officer for Tampa non-profit organizations providing services to criminal offenders and substance abusers and has served on various boards of directors. In July 2019, Dan moved to Canadian, Oklahoma where he serves as the Clinical Director of Narconon Arrowhead and continues to help individuals with substance abuse regain their lives and families.

Canadian, Oklahoma is a community that has been challenged by drug and alcohol abuse for decades. It has suffered from the negative impacts that alcohol abuse and harder drug use including methamphetamine and crack cocaine can have on a small town.
