I Regained the Ability to Have Confidence, Focus, and Be Able to Confront

 

When I came to do the Narconon program I didn't feel that I had a problem with drugs, I thought that I would stop using any time I wanted. I was wrong. I was hurting myself and my family, and with the help of an interventionist and my mom I came to Narconon Arrowhead.

When I got to withdrawal I was so angry and felt like I just wanted to go home. I was physically sick from coming off drugs, but with the help of the withdrawal staff and the vitamins, I started feeling much better each day. The assists also helped me to get better. The staff were there for anything I needed even if it was just having someone listen to me.

When I got out of withdrawal I did the New Life Detoxification step in the sauna. This helped me more than anything. It is the crown jewel of the program. It helped me get the toxins out of my body and I felt one hundred times better, not only physically but mentally.

After sauna, I started in the course room and I had even more wins. I had some amazing realizations not only about my addiction but about myself. I regained the ability to have confidence, focus, and be able to confront any situation in life that comes my way.
