More Than 15 Years of Continued Sobriety After Completing the Narconon Program
Hi all, it’s been more than 15 years of being sober this coming July, and I could not be more proud of myself. I’m also full of appreciation. I come from Venezuela, but I did my program in 2004 at Narconon Arrowhead.
All of the techniques and habits I was able to learn at Narconon so long ago still apply. I am super happy because all I read now, all I see trending now, is related to those practices.
I met amazing people, and this facility is just breathtaking because you can always feel outdoors, the food is good, it’s clean, and it’s just another level as far as making things easy when someone is struggling with this type of situation. I feel happy now, and I worked hard to achieve sobriety.
I know Narconon is the way to treat and to defeat any addiction. I still use lots of the techniques I learned back in the day.
First is self-love because I don’t have to surrender and live as a weak individual because “I was always going to be an addict.”
Second, nowadays everybody does a diet with vitamins and without chemicals, and at Narconon, I was taught that concept and handled my withdrawal with nothing but vitamins. Other techniques such as sauna, which still shows compelling evidence of its powerful benefits, also helped me.
The techniques I learned at Narconon resulted in me becoming a much more conscientious being from doing them.

All of this simply made me more secure knowing my actions were and are still right as far as my evolution to sobriety to this day. So when in doubt about choosing a path to live free, the wise choice is Narconon. It’s all good and under control, and it worked for me. And I can be confident it’ll continue doing it.
I just wanted to spread the good news for people out there not to hesitate when it comes time to start healing in a great natural, chemical-free, and full-of-vitamins environment like Narconon.
