Clinton Drug Rehab

AN EFFECTIVE TREATMENT OPTION NEAR CLINTON

CALL NOW TO LEARN MORE!

Like every other community across the state and indeed across the nation, Clinton suffers from its fair share of drug abuse and addiction problems. While many individuals and groups continue to support strong preventative measures, others are looking for effective drug rehabilitation treatment that can repair the damages already caused in many. There is a growing awareness of a sort of “revolving door” for drug rehabilitation treatment wherein some individuals participate in treatment to establish sobriety, only to relapse and return to treatment again in the future. More and more individuals are seeking better and more permanent solutions that can return individuals to their communities as healthy, happy, productive and contributing members of society. Narconon Arrowhead seeks to do exactly that.

Located just over three hours east of Clinton, Narconon Arrowhead is a long term treatment facility located on the shores of the beautiful Lake Eufaula. With nearly fifty years of experience in empowering individuals to take back control of their lives and proceed into drug-free futures, Narconon Arrowhead understands that each individual has their own unique needs and that these must be addressed in order to aid them in reaching full and lasting recovery from drug abuse and addiction. What makes Narconon’s CARF-accredited program especially unique is the fact that it allows the individual to address and resolve all the causes and effects of their drug use, as well as gain the tools and life skills they need to take on the challenges of life without turning back to drug use.  Come to Narconon Arrowhead to fight against addiction and take control of your life!

Drug Addiction Treatment Near Clinton

Over 11,000 people have benefited from Narconon’s treatment program, which has been certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.  Clinton residents can easily access our facility via I-40 E and other major highways like I-44E and OK-9 E. The Narconon program begins with a full, assisted withdrawal before proceeding into a detoxification program. During this detoxification program individuals are able to rid their body of the residual drug toxins that are stored in fatty tissues and that are often the source of future cravings and relapses. By removing these toxins, the individual is freed from the physical compulsion to continue using drugs, and can focus better on their mental and emotional recovery. With guidance, individuals who are participating in the Narconon program are able to identify and resolve the root causes for their addiction. They also learn how to better communicate with others, how to overcome and improve difficult conditions in their life, how to regain trust from others, how to recognize dangerous personalities around them and much more. A Narconon graduate is responsible, confident and able to take on life.

Clinton OK Drug Problems

Drug abuse and addiction problems can completely alter and affect the lives of Oklahomans, as many have discovered first hand. Just recently, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) ended a two-month undercover drug sting in the Payne and Creek counties, resulting in the issuance of a series of arrest warrants. Agents and officers from several departments spread out around the area with arrest warrants for twenty-six individuals who were accused of selling drugs to undercover OBN agents. The Mobile Operations Team (M.O.T.) was created by OBN in 2006 to identify and target drug suspects within specific communities around the state. In March and April of this year agents were able to make undercover drug buys of methamphetamine, marijuana and prescription drugs from several dealers, and subsequently issued arrest warrants for these individuals.

Suspects were booked into the Payne County Jail, and they will be charged with the distribution of a controlled dangerous substance. OBN Director Darrell Weaver feels that the arrest of twenty-six individuals in these communities will send out a powerful message that drug distribution will not be tolerated.

Helping Resolve the Problem

In an effort to try and resolve some of the drug abuse and addiction problems that plague Oklahoma communities, a prescription drug take-back event was held earlier this month in Tulsa. This event was an opportunity for citizens to properly and safely dispose of unwanted, unused or even expired prescription drugs. Considering that prescription drug overdoses kill almost two Oklahomans every single day and are the leading cause of death for Oklahomans between the ages of twenty-five and sixty-four, this was no small gesture.
